Ricardo Rivera

My name is Karla Gutierrez, I have a year of insurance experience and over 5 years of customer service. I really enjoy helping State Farm customers with their home and Auto insurance, I focus on giving customers remarkable service to meet their needs. I'm currently attending UTA to get my bachelors degree in Real State. In my pastime I enjoy painting and hanging out with friends and family.

Giving our State Farm customer great service is my goal. I enjoy seeing familiar faces coming through our office doors! I help customers with their Auto and Home Insurance needs. I have been working at Ricardo Rivera State Farm since 2016 and like meeting with customers and learning about what matters to them. I love spending my free time with my three children and husband.

With 2 years in leadership roles, over a year of training in Life Insurance, and a bachelors degree in Finance, I help others prepare for the hard times so they can live at their best. I was born in Puerto Rico and recently moved to Texas grateful for the opportunities I've been given. I'm an lover of self development, health, and swimming, with a soft spot for dogs; Cats are cool too.

I am a graduate of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor's degree in human resources, with several years of experience in customer service and recruitment. Mother of a girl and a boy I love to travel with them and create memories.

I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology. I am new to the team but eager to help you insure some of your biggest assets, Home & Auto. When I am not working, I am at home enjoying time with my family.
